Can my companion travel without me?
Yes. The driver picks up your companion at the agreed address and hands them over to the designated person, door to door.
How are they settled during the journey?
With an approved harness or travel crate, suited to their size and temperament.

Yes. Our partners' vehicles are equipped for animal transport and disinfected.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the service and on your companion's needs. Your concierge sends you a detailed offer before any booking: nothing is booked without your agreement.
Which animals?
Maison Charly is for all pets. We are welcoming dogs first; cats and other companions will follow: pre-register and we will let you know as soon as we can welcome yours.
